Why do I need Mind, Body Medicine Practices?
Engaging in Mind-Body Medicine practices is essential for holistic well-being because they reduce stress, improve mental and physical health, promote self-care, complement conventional medicine, and enhance overall quality of life. How long sessions last?
Each session lasts 2 hours. For optimal results, 8 -10 sessions are recommended.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are held virtually and in-person. The in-person sessions are held in private homes, schools, public library meeting rooms and other venues that offer private meeting rooms.

How long before any progress?
